My Daily Rant

Parents who can't seem to even make it around town without the damn DVD player on in the car!!! Seriously??!? What happened to staring out the window & THINKING or maybe, oh, I don't know, finding shapes in the clouds or something!? And we wonder why we now have a nation of people led by whatever is on the idiot box? I guess these parents don't want to be bothered by the nuisance of their kids TALKING TO THEM?

I completely understand using the car DVD player on LONG trips. That makes sense. But if your kid (or you) can't deal with a drive around town without a damn screen in front of their faces.........
